By using the Easyfundraising app, members can generate donations from thousands of retailers, with a portion of their purchase price going directly to the Centre without any additional cost to the shopper. The Centre is also registered with Amazon Smile and the Essex Lottery, both of which allow supporters to raise funds while making everyday purchases. These fundraising initiatives are vital for the sustainability of the Centre, as they help cover running costs and fund new activities. The Centre encourages members to use these platforms whenever possible to ensure the organisation can continue its important work in the community.

Mind Referrals
Because our premises are small and welcoming, we have had many referrals from Mind, for people with nervous dispositions or social anxiety.
Donations
Donations of collections of items such as foreign stamps that need sorting into countries and sets, so duplicates can be offered for sale in smaller packets, as with packets of buttons that have been sorted, and many books and jigsaw puzzles.
Why Volunteer?
The main object of Time Banking is to help people to help each other, by exchanging skills and information, for Time Credits rather than money. This can be in the Time Bank Centre, at individual members’ premises or in groups, such as our walking group, the Clacton Walking and Social group.
